Pranjal Dhar is a famous columnist, a story writer, critic and popular figure of modern poetry. He regularly writes articles in prominent newspapers and magazines of the country. He got Rajasthan Patrika Award in 2006 and Avadhi Samman in 2010. For 2010 the first prize in Journalism and Mass Communication category of Bhartendu Harishchandra Award was awarded to his manuscript ‘Samkaleen Vaishwik Patrakarita Mei Akhbaar’.
